Everything was perfect, so were lovely views on the beach of the boats. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, coffee/tea making facilities and multi-channel TV in the double room. Location: the hotel was not far from the pub, and Instow. The bar was good and food they serve is delicious!

The breakfast has very good options with chicken or beef. It has stunning, excellent setting, short walk to the Wayfarer.
